What we do

MWCapital promotes the development of the economy with the generation of new digital talent, promoting training in digital skills, the reskilling of professionals and the attraction and recruitment of new talent with the aim of positioning Barcelona as a capital of digital talent. This is possible through a network of partners with the main players in the digital ecosystem, companies and training centres, which work under a common strategy to promote digital development made up of three axes: 

  • The reorientation of professionals in the digital sector with the aim of training and transforming talent towards digital professions. 
  • Attracting and retaining international talent. 
  • Guidance to companies and training centres to promote the creation of knowledge and networking spaces around digital talent.

Jump2Digital

The benchmark event for digital talent in the city of Barcelona aims to bring the sector and digital professions closer to new professionals. Bringing together, in one day, the main stakeholders, corporations and training centers of the city’s technological and digital ecosystem that facilitate the incorporation of new talent into the market.

Welcome IT and IT.nerary Day

MWCapital is the protagonist of the biannual Welcome IT and IT.nerary Day, sessions focused on connecting international students who are training in Barcelona with companies in the city’s digital ecosystem.

Talent Arena

Talent Arena is here, the Mobile World Capital Barcelona event at MWC Barcelona that revolves around digital talent and skills, offering a platform for both competition and collaboration. It is not only a networking event for the professional technology sector, but also a space to address the gap between skilled professionals and the current digital landscape.
